The mission of MOFPHC is to change our world by developing Christ followers who love God and love people. The Creative Ministries at MOFPHC exists to encourage, to equip and to exalt. In addition, we feel it is the purpose of the worship team to lead those Christ followers in exalting and experiencing the presence of the Holy Spirit in each and every worship service.

In a world full of hurt and disappointment, the Gospel message is one of hope and peace. Our testimony and song of praise will ENCOURAGE others to make Christ the center of their focus. Through on-going training, weekly rehearsals, and intentional discipleship, we EQUIP the body to use the gifts that He has given with excellence, unity, and humility. Because of who God is and what He has done, we EXALT Christ with a life of praise and worship.

 

WORSHIP CHOIR

The Worship Choir is a great place to get involved! The Worship Choir is a community of passionate worshippers committed to leading our church in praise.  More than a group of singers, the choir is a place to belong.  Here many have found fellowship, spiritual growth, and ministry fulfillment.  In John 4 we read that God “seeks those who worship Him in spirit and in truth.”  Likewise, we are looking for singers with a heart for worship, a love for Jesus, and a desire to make Him known. The choir is filled with people that love to worship the Lord. You will be welcomed and accepted no matter your ability level or singing experience. The Choir is open year-round to those that are ages 13 and up. There is no audition and you don’t even need to read music. We meet in the Worship Center every Sunday afternoon at 5 PM for Choir Rehearsal. Come join us and experience the fun, fellowship and great music! WORSHIP BAND

If you are an instrumentalist, we have many opportunities for you to use your talent for God! We are constantly looking for people to use in the area of piano, guitar, bass, drums, & percussion not only for our Worship Services but other Ministry Meetings as well.  Getting involved starts with a simple audition to determine where you would best fit.  For more information, contact Pastor Kevin @ kmooring@mofphc.org

 

MEDIA DEPARTMENT

Our purpose is to present services in a relevant and professional manner and to ensure that nothing interferes with the presentation of God’s Word. We utilize current media technologies to creatively see the message of the Gospel delivered to those we reach. We are constantly looking for people that are interested in helping with Sound, Lights, Camera, Computer, Graphics, Website, Audio & Video Editing & CD/DVD Duplication. DRAMA

We occasionally communicate God’s Word using skit style dramas, mime, and other dramatic elements. We also use seasonal dramatic productions or special presentations to present the Gospel. Our goal is to stir hearts and minds to a deeper relationship with Christ.
