Lead Pastor, Doug Bartlett, began his ministry at Mount Olive First Pentecostal Holiness Church in November, 1998 when the church averaged about 50 in attendance. Pastor Doug was born and raised in Pikeville, North Carolina . He is a graduate of Emmanuel College and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion. He also holds Teacher Certification from Barton College and taught in Wayne County Public Schools for 9 years. Pastor Doug is married to Anne Lee Bartlett formerly of Faison, NC. They have two married children: Matthew and Leigh Ann Bartlett and Lauren and Julian Delgadillo. Pastor Doug and Ms Anne reside in Mount Olive.
Kevin Mooring
Creative Ministries and Connections Pastor

Kevin and Amy Mooring, our worship pastors, have been leading our Music Department since October of 2006. Both attended and graduated from Barton College. Pastor Kevin received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting with a minor in Religion. Amy received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Music Education K12 and teaches Chorus at North Johnston High School in Johnston County Schools. Amy and Kevin both were raised in Pentecostal Holiness Churches. Pastor Kevin’s father, Elmer Mooring was an IPHC Pastor for over 30yrs. Kevin and Amy have two boys. Caleb is 10 yrs old and Camden is 7 yrs old. In March 2008, in addition to Worship Pastor duties, Pastor Kevin joined the staff full time as the Creative Ministries and Connections Pastor. The Moorings make their home in Pikeville.
Jeff Dail
Compassion Ministries Pastor

Jeff Dail began his ministry at Mount Olive First Pentecostal Holiness Church in August 2009. Pastor Jeff serves as the Compassion Ministries Pastor which encompasses the areas of Congregational Care and Outreach. Pastor Jeff also gives oversight to issues that involve the facility and grounds. He is currently involved in studies with the IPHC School of Ministry. Pastor Jeff is married to Lisa Anderson Dail formerly of Mount Olive. They have two boys. Caden is 7 yrs old and Lucas is 2 yrs old. The Dail family reside in Calypso.
